After the restoration of the Botanical Garden of Tver State University in 1989, started the restoration of the old and the formation of new collection funds of living plants. A number of collections generated by systematic and eco-morphological characters. To demonstrate these collections in the Gardens are a variety of exposure to ensure the best possible conditions plants grow best and demonstrate to visitors the Garden systematic and ecological-morphological characteristics of plants.
In the park area of the Garden created and continue to form the exposition: heather garden, a garden host, the Shadow Garden, Exposition of the European steppe plants, herbs Far East and South-East Asia. The stalls in the Garden within the Garden of continuous bloom display collections lily, phlox, Ligularia and irises. The exhibition "Secret Garden" presented bryophytes, lichens and vascular spore plants, plant grass and sedge families exhibited on the site "Garden of cereals. For the exposure of plants in mountain regions produced a series of diverse rocky hills. The exhibition "Oriental Garden" is a collection of maples.
