Space Botanic Gardens has always sounded in rhythm with the musical melodies of landscape architecture. VI International Scientific Conference "Landscape architecture in the botanical gardens and arboretum" took place in Crimea, on the basis of the Nikitsky Botanical Garden.
Participated in the Conference numerous professionals - landscape architects, art historians, botanists, introducer, breeders, artists and garden designers. The Conference was also attended by specialists of the Botanical Garden of Tver State University. The Conference took place in several areas: introduction, Bioecological study, selection of ornamental plants and demonstration methods of their use in garden design exhibitions in botanical gardens. Questions were raised about the prospects of development of territories botanical gardens, as scientific and environmental centers and sites of historical and cultural heritage. Discussed practical aspects of creation, preservation and reconstruction of landscape art. Art and philosophical questions of landscape architecture in the botanical gardens and arboretum.
Conference participants had a unique opportunity to meet with a garden and park facilities Gurzuf neighborhoods, in particular parks spa Ayvazovskoe estates and Pushkinо. We were able to visit a young but growing harmoniously Botanical Garden Tauride University in Simferopol. Total for 10 years in this garden were a rich collection of plants and held just tremendous work on creating beautiful exposition garden and landscape complexes.
Host of the Conference was the Nikitsky botanical garden. Garden legend, one of the most famous and oldest botanical gardens in the world. In Nikitsky garden was the flowering roses! Just so with an exclamation mark can talk about it. Roses Crimea is not just the queen of flowers roses themselves. Roses Crimea - is the Queen inter Queens! Many varieties of roses were bred Crimean and received was in the Crimea, and many beautiful roses is in the Nikitsky botanical garden. Landscape art and botanical gardens are inseparable and held conference once again confirmed this. For us - professionals, it was a true celebration of landscape science. But no need to be an expert to enjoy the gardens. This is above human desires gardens this is incarnated human desires. Gardens are the embodiment of the dream of paradise on earth and it is in the botanical gardens, this dream comes true! |
